DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes we do. We service all of Adelaide.
Delivery price is according to location and installations are a part of our service as well.
At this stage we only service the Adelaide area.
We cannot post balloons interstate OR internationally.

DO YOU SELL FLAT PACKED/UN-INFLATED BALLOONS?
No, we only sell inflated products.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
We do not have a showroom of balloons. Every balloon is made to order.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN TASSEL COLOURS & BALLOONS?
Yes, our bespoke balloons are made to your liking.

WHAT TYPE OF BALLOONS DO YOU USE?
We use the best quality balloons from suppliers who are worldwide leaders in balloon development. We treat our balloons with great care and use Hi-Float in latex balloons to extend their lives.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
From Corporate events, product launches, publicity, christenings, weddings to engagements, we do it all and look at each concept individually.

Our balloon designs are custom-made with love, so every quote takes time.
We aim to get back to you as soon as we can—usually within a few business days (sometimes a little longer during busy periods). We’re always keeping an eye out for time-sensitive jobs and important dates, so rest assured we’ll do our best to work within your schedule.

Our admin hours vary as we work around event setups, but enquiries are generally handled Monday–Thursday during business hours only.
We do not process admin or emails over the weekend—messages received Thursday afternoon through Sunday will be replied to from Monday onwards.
Please submit your enquiry once only—this keeps it in our queue and near the top. Our balloon elves promise to get back to you as soon as we can🎈💛.

Bland and boring isn’t our style—but that creative process means our happy little balloon elves need a little extra time. 🎈✨ For this reason, we aren’t able to rush through quotes, as every event is unique and deserves the same level of detail and care.
